It will be 2 years before they start quarterly distributions, still have to raise another $1.8M but yet they are trying to raise for a Retail deal. They have been struggling with their Horizon deal for over a year. The asset management team doesn’t keep track of their KPI’s and rarely go in site. I would not recommend or invest with them again.
